These are common questions we hear a lot in our clinic. And the simple answer is YES. Yes, we do accept insurance. Yes, accept most major insurance plans, including Medicare. Yes, it will cover most treatment plans

Active Spine & Joint Institute works with, but is not limited to more than 30 insurance companies. A list of insurance companies that we work with can be found on our Patient Hub. But, if you would like more information about your coverage, please call us at 609-885-8686. In most cases, we will verify your coverage within 24 hours of your call. If your insurance company is not listed, we recommend you call the office and let us verify your coverage regardless as it’s possible you can still access coverage for your treatment with us.

So how do I know what treatments are covered by my insurance? Sitting down with one of our medical practitioners will help you to not only get a better sense of the necessary treatment options for your condition, but it will also give you a sense of whether a certain therapy will be covered by insurance.

What’s needed to verify my insurance?

We don’t need much from you to verify your insurance coverage. In most cases we just need your Insurance Provider, ID Number, and Date of Birth. it’s easy to get this information to our trusted staff - you can send a picture of your insurance card to our secured text line, or give the office a call and provide the information.
